Spinach leaves, so soft and shy, ripple in the breeze,
Popeye’s favorite muscle fuel, hiding nutrients with ease.
“Don’t be scared, I’m gentle—blend me in your smoothie,
I’ll make you strong like superheroes, no need to be moody!”
Potato in his cozy bed, snoozing underground,
Wakes up crispy, mashed, or baked—versatile and round.
“I’m your energy buddy, here to fuel your play,
Fries, wedges, or a fluffy bake—I’ll rock mealtime your way!”
Cucumber, cool and crisp, lounging on the vine,
Says, “Let’s chill! I’m 95% water—perfect summertime.
Slice me thin, add mint and lime—refreshing to the core,
Hydration’s never been this fun… want another? Sure! More!”
